Everything was good during 2 days, enjoyed its amazing location very close to a very large mall with lots of food options and a big shopping center. The rooms were well-appointed and modern and had delightful views. The price was IDR -2147483648...

Liked our stay in this hotel. Whole place was clean with magnificent views; good and amazing location adjacent to the restaurant. The rooms were fancy and new-fashioned, had feather pillows. The staff were helpful, amiable.

During our stay at Mercure, we were impressed by the amazing hospitality we received. The receptionists and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. They even went above and beyond to ensure that our group of 5 rooms was arranged on the same floor, which was a nice touch. The manager of the restaurant surprised us with a delicious cake in our room after our wedding, which was a thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated the abundance of hand sanitizer throughout the hotel, promoting a clean and safe environment. The location of the hotel was excellent, with a big shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. Special thanks to Moreno, Iyan, Mila, Laura, Berty. I would highly recommend Mercure for its amazing hospitality and convenient location.
